Event and Wedding Rental

The Hidden Gem currently has seating available for 130, but can fit up to 200.  The space is available for booking anytime between 10am-12am.

Rates listed include set up and clean up time. To book additional time, add-on hours apply and must be agreed upon at the time of booking. There is a $300 non-refundable security deposit due to reserve events.

Please note that weekend dates are in high demand due to our music performance schedule and may require booking far in advance. Weekdays especially earlier in the week are availabe on much shorter notice

Event Rentals (up to 5 hours):

- Weekday: $500
- Friday: $850
- Saturday: $1000
- Sunday: $850

Wedding Rentals (up to 10 hours):

- Weekday: $1500 
- Friday: $1800
- Saturday: $2500
- Sunday: $1800

Per hour/Add-on Hour Rentals:

Booking is available by the hour or as add-on hours onto your event/ wedding.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve per hour rates

- Weekday evening: $125/hour
- Friday evening: $200/hour
- Saturday evening: $250/hour
- Sunday evening: $200/hour

The Hidden Gem has a basic meal prep area that you can utilize during your event. You can use any catering company for your event or use our parking lot for food trucks. 


We have a full service bar with a wide variety of options including bottled and draft beer, wine and cocktails. You can choose between an open bar where you set a maximum budget for your guests at the time of booking or guests can purchase drinks on their own for the event. 


Because we are also a music venue we have an amazing professional sound system for your event. Booking a band, DJ, or sound person for your event is an additional charge but we are happy to make recommendations.
